Matt Sunseri is the founder and CEO of Zeus Enterprises LLC.  At Zeus, Matt provides consulting services for companies to strengthen their strategic and tactical performance. Matt worked with the President of one company to create a competitive advantage in maintenance services by aligning desired performance behaviors to their strategic vision.  As a result of this work, the company has earned new contracts and is highly sought over its competitors.

Prior to founding Zeus Enterprises LLC, Sunseri was CEO at Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation.  During his tenure as CEO, Matt led the company to the highest levels of recognition by government regulators.  Matt achieved these results by carefully assessing the leadership team and making sure that the right players were in the right positions.  He also involved the entire workforce with open communications on behaviors, performance measures and desired results.
